 Steps for submitting a review for a business listed on Yelp.com:

1. Start on the Yelp.com homepage.
2. Join Yelp.com. Find the "Account" link and fill out the basic registration information.
3. Type in the business name and ZIP code and click "Search"
4. Once you locate the business, click on "write review" from the business page to write your own review.
5. You can give it a star rating, write your review, and enter in additional details that may help another user when they're visiting the location.
6. Click Save when you are finished writing your review.

   Steps for submitting a review for a business listed on Google Maps:

1. To to www.google.com/maps
2. Type in Eastside Subaru and click on the "Search Map"
3. Locate the business you would like to submit a review for and click on the "more info". 
4. Verify it is the correct business, then scroll down and click on "Write a review" in the center of the page
5. Log-in with your Google Account or create a new one
6. Takes you directly to the review submission form where you can start by filling in a title for your review
7.     Rate the business
8.     Write your review
9.     Hit save!
